I looked up NFS Carbon. Never played that one. But NFS 3: Hot Pursuit seems familiar.
I definitely remember this car's name. I remember writing its name when I was a kid. The whole screenshot feels familiar to me.

God, I'm afraid to imagine what happened in GTA San Andreas Stories if it were done.
but I'm happy they never went for a stories game on it because that would have turned out worse than the actual game I suppose
it's hard to top such a masterpiece for the time back then
