Bugs can be funny and in some ways improve future play through of games BUT ONLY if they don't harm the casual playthrough.
OoT and Dishonored are great examples of this.
But you have to go out of your way to have it effect you at all.
And thus even bugs that allow you to completely reprogram a game like in OoT are fine.
Because unless you were looking extremely hard for years on end.
It would never effect you.
On the other hand you can kill your copy of Donkey Kong Country 2 by picking up an item in a level when on an elevator.
Completely breaks the save file to the point where you can not start it at all.
And that's... Unacceptable.
Because anyone could be effected by that.
i would agree on PC for example Cyberpunk has some annoying bugs but they are fine in 80% of time
