Cyberpunk is huge complex game so i think its normal for such huge games have such end result
Ghost of Tsusishma runs so darn good on a base PS4 (fat)
So I don't see why CBP should fail like that
But it just shows they are following the same steps as the big bosses

my best guess is that they were working on the story itself and were thinking about lore
thats by far the most complicated part of the game
make engaging story and engaging game design
and they for sure changed things dozens of times during this 7 years
even when you have a clear roadmap in front of you that doesnt mean you will have success
They blew by lying to the costumers too
It just made them look bad
game looks darn amazing cause every details are very well analyzed through
dont forget that game was based on a book called Cyberpunk
