Since XXL and XXL2 have alternate titles for their American releases, do you know any more alternate titles? Why not share them just for fun? I can only think of one game like this... Petz Sports. It's a Ubisoft game, and I think Ubisoft are French? While having "petz" in the title, the game is actually only about dogs. The American release is named Petz Sports: Dog Playground, which clears the misunderstanding. If I were the one to name it, I'd just go with "Dogz Sports" - brief and to the point.
