Which I also did on VIII but that thankfully didn't distord the music
You know what I hate more than all this?
The freaking invisible mines everywhere. And no I don't want to throw away a item slot to see them
? Just a gambit to cast that spell on your leader and you're good.
In Pokemon Mystery Dungeon is it MUCH harder to find anything that allows you to see traps.
Only played one Mystery Dungeon. And that one was absolutely boring and terrible as well. No idea anymore which one
While some tracks aren't great ( boring Final Boss tbh, the Eons are a better challenge! ), I'll remember: Dalmasca Estersand, Giza Plains, Boss Battle, Speechless Fight, Eon Fight, Clash on the Big Bridge ( FFV Classic! ), Chocobo, Infiltration, The Sandsea.
Well if you can't handle PMD no surprise you can't have XII either
I like PMD 100x times more than main series and I just discovered that by accident
The Ost isn't accurate to PS2 soundtrack at all, tho.
Also I hope the person that thought forcing you into esper fights you probably can't even win when getting there first in a game that has no auto save got fired. Definitly necessary
*switch map* "Oh, an Esper" *dead*
*replays the last 45 minute*
same goes that you can get into some areas where you get one-shotted
Hum, that game left you the most chance of running away out of all FFs...
you mean the least, since enemies get after you xD
since you can switch dead party members. I remember running in an Esper and just 180'd back.
you can't switch map while in an esper fight
Reminder most important FF encounters outside XII forbid you to run away from the battle, and loosing to them is just as punishing.
There's one in Zertinian Caverns, you can run from it.
You know, even if all of that little stuff was great; the optic, the characters, the story and the main gameplay are still a solid 0/10.
I had more game overs in V, VIII, IX than XII.
