Like I said, while CAS in TS4 gives the player a lot of freedom in how they want to shape their Sim's face and body, changing their height isn't an option. I guess mods make it possible, but I expect the Sims' animations to be broken. If this was possible in the base game and didn't ruin the animations, "Caligula" would've been short.
