🤷 I hate hot weather, I can't blame them for being weak. Sims can also freeze to death if they're outside their house for too long and not dressed properly.

Well, this is TS4, where Sims can also literally die laughing, (Playful at 3rd degree), as well as from rage and extreme embarrassment. xd

TS4 has a bunch of emotions. Many emotions have 2 degrees, some have only 1 (Fine, Dazed, Asleep and Bored) and three emotions have 3 degrees, with the 3rd degree being potentially fatal (Playful -> Very Playful -> Hysterical, Angry -> Very Angry -> Enraged, Embarrassed -> Very Embarrassed -> Mortified). I nearly managed to make one of my Sims Hysterical, but I wasn't able to keep increasing the sum of Happy+Playful moodlets and he would eventually calm down.

I was thinking here... Sims can feel Sad and Very Sad. I imagine if there was a 3rd degree of this emotion, the Sim would ||consider committing suicide||. But even if Sims can die in this game in many different ways, it's probably too dark.

You can make a vegetarian Sim, but I don't think lactose intolerance exists here. He drinks milk just fine.
