I already experienced it actually, but in normandy, and no teleportation happened
in short: You get stuck in the wall because the edges of the crates and the edge of the plattform you stand on overlap. After you destroy the crate the game doesn't know your position anymore, so it sometimes places you on top of another crate that is in line with your sight
wow i anderstand, i would have never guess that kind of glitch can work in this game this is incredible
so as i said, in normandy, just on the platform you activate so that the dropper gives you plenty of gold helmets, you can fall from it and be stucked in the wall
