Maybe try removing the d3d9.dll

Peeps from the other server (including Failentin) actually prefer Creative Alchemy instead of dsoal. It still isn't perfect, but it is much crisper.

I can see that it's patched with the XXL-Editor, so hopefully those are patched files too, with LVL000 included...

Since if that doesn't work either, then the dsound.dll is probably not getting read.
