Bro, it's finished already, that's it. Even if they cutted like few sectors, still Rome was not suppose to be as big as Helvetia / Egypt

Maybe there were plans to make it bigger - by the developers, but we know how it ended lol, Spork restored all things left in the files and added transitions between it (ofc he made more things) but there was no point in adding like whole big new areas to just make it much much longer
