TTS with elevenlabs might sound better than voice replacement, because it replicates the speech rhythm and such from the training data. I had paid elevenlabs for a while and TTS usually sounded better, if I wanted to replicate someone more stylistic. But I'm also not a voice actor, so maybe what I fed into it wasn't great. 😆
