Noticeable so far: PC has a slightly brighter image overall, and an extended render distance for foliage.

Texture quality is a match resolution-wise. However PS2 might have slightly worse "decals" ( notice the shadow of this plant )

But the PS2 still has a Win, on the sound department

overlapping sound effects in the PC version cause plenty of sharp sound artefacts, such as any of Asterix's sounds over those of the black electric glitches.

None of that happens on PS2.

I like to think the PC version was mostly the "base" as they knew how to develop for the PS2 pretty well, and then only did last minute adjustements to keep the framerate good on PS2

Today while browsing the asterix tag on DeviantArt I ran into a mention of an upcoming digital card game called Asterix & Obelix: Heroes. Yeah, I just assumed no new non-Microids Asterix games were being made. But hey, this sounds like a game that potato PC users could play just fine
