Tbh, with a lot of practice, it should be possible to get "quite" consistent at it...
The ph trick doesn't seem to be that hard to be honest
but it could be just me though
I don't think it's luck-based at all
It requires a lot of understanding and practice to get it
if you go for first cycle you can match Failentin's tardis btw.
But since you were the first one to get it, it should be quite easy for you
and afair it was same for Failentin
and with good second tardis you can get closer to the druid
so you can potentially save there too
But I will need a lot of attempts to get all of these in a single run
Btw, I got TAS cycle for death trap, but missed stone skip to a couple of miliseconds...
Also no asterix despawn saves like 10s or less
