Add it to your Gecko tab of codes, and disable your other ones. It's basically the same code as you had but shorter so you don' t have overlapping 3D models getting in the way of your HUD.... until we find a real improvement :p

Codes that simply expand the culling zone, and allow the built-in 16:9 hack of dolphin to work its magic

the result is a game that can fit *any* aspect ratio.

In dolphin, use the 16:9 hack option in its own graphic settings, and then choose any display window format you want. Stretch to Window will allow you to put a completely custom aspect ratio.
