1600x900 becomes in reality 1584x861

it's still weird how it displays with 16 less pixels in wideness, when Windows 10 only pads 1 pixel on each side for such a window.
Should have been 1598, unless something else is at play, maybe the drop shadow or smth
few new icons, i have smaller version of them also ( i mean not cutted versions) but they look uglier than this
so i see you ended up cutting them out in a different way
i mean im cutting them pixel by pixel
