I can only assume, since this was found before our current EEPL, yet I never saw it used in any%
current EEPL is faster obviously. But this feels faster still. Or, at the very least, more consistent against twister randomness. I noticed on Gamecube that it's quite difficult to get the 400 in one go, the 50fps may cause the romans to tick slower than PC.
my recent GC run had to go for two twisters, and i believe Noxus EEPL would have been faster.
