like, what to do with the downtime between games, etc
Ye that's something we can't do much about, really. We can say "play all games in a row without breaks", but we can't really enforce it.
I'd give like 5 mins for switching between games
i think the most important rule is that all 3 games must be played in the same session.
You can look on the same categories but for other games ( for exmaple hp had sth similar to trifecta )

doesn't matter for breaks, as long as the video/stream is continuous
Yep, agreed. But when you decide to start a game, the timer cannot be stopped until you either reset the whole trifecta, or you complete it. If you do complete it, you can move on.
at the end, the triffecta must sum the ingame times of all 3 games.
