To get back on topic...
I haven't beaten OG yet, but I can already say: it's not really fun for me. It may have some unique mechanics in the Asterix games, but it still gets boring and tedious quickly, especially considering the game's world is small and there's a lot of backtracking. The music is a huge downgrade after XXL1. At least I squeezed out a somewhat entertaining video where I was getting frustrated with Dr. Mabus' cave..? The game's graphics (which are kinda ugly) and overall atmosphere reminds me of TLoS:DotD (it was made by the same people at around the same time), which was even more repetitive and frustrating and I abandoned it when I was close to the final boss.
I'm currently at that part of the game where the Romans break the mechanisms you need to progress.

XXL3 doesn't look too pretty either, but eh, it doesn't even display any 3D graphics on my PC anyway so it's literally unplayable
