There are patches which allow that
Qol patch allows it but you need to modify it by using notepad
The frame rate is fixed, thank you. But i don't know where to modify to put the game in full screen
Also, i have 2 "dsound.ini" in the gale files now ?

It's still not really in fullscreen lol
Dont use dsound.dll to fix the framerate, it crashes games on most of the new pcs
Well, i put it in the files, and the game runs much better thanks to that.
And my pc is pretty recent
What's left is putting the game in fullscreen, i modified the qol settings, but it still doesn't really work
Yeah cause it fixes problem, but the thing is that game can crash in random moment

To fix framerate we use cheattool, the thing is, its not on this server i think, so I will send you copy of it once I will be home
