get rid of old d3d9.dll and dsound files from the game files and put this one

it automatically fixes fps (if not after pressing f1 on the keyboard) there is button called (fix fps) you need to press it and that's it

also there is checkbox for fullscreen

so if you wanna play fullscreen, you just check it, press f1 again to hide the window of the cheattool and you play the game

Btw, if i understand correctly, the beta rom mod is just a stand alone ? And you have to do a whole process to put the beta rom in the original game ?

Beta Rome is just the Rome level + the credits and intro level. Other levels are unchanged and have to be patched with the XXL-Editor, then copied into the Beta Rome directory to play through the full game

This way Beta Rome takes up less space for people who just want to play Beta Rome :)

Both the character voices and the music are mute

You also need to copy the music/voice files from the original game (in the LVL folder there should be a STREAM folder)

But normally, if you load the existing save thag leads to Rome, you should have music/voice in Rome.
