Hard to say though, could be a couple of things.
By audio you mean music, or overall everything? If it is only music, it would make sense, otherwise not really.

Hm, in that case it might be some graphics bug, couldn't really tell ya
Check in a debugger if it is stuck inside an infinite loop and if breaking out of it will make the game continue as normal
I had an issue some time ago when I was playing GTA San Andreas and the game froze + I haven't saved in hours. I checked in a debugger and it was stuck inside some infinite loop related to raycasting. Luckily, I could just set the relevant condition to break out of it and continue to play as normal

Hi, since I had some time, I took a closer look at the problem I had with the joystick patch and XXL Inspector. S.P.Q.R advised me to use the “speed run Tool” so that I could use both at the same time. It works very well after following your advice. However, I only have “XXL Inspector 2.0” and the joystick patch is not working. Do you have any idea what might be causing this? PS: Where can I find the “Speed Run Tool” file? I hope I'm not bothering you too much with my problems.

Also, idk why but the joystick patch for mods (with the modified gamemodule) does not seem to work.

If you've tried the patch in the cheat tool and it does not work for you, you'll have to use the qol if you want to play with right stick. There's an alternative but this is effortless.
What do you mean? Did you try the patch in the cheat tool? Are you talking about the QOL patch? I admit I don't really understand right now, sorry. Personally, I just put the speed run tool in the Cesar's Challenge mod folder, hoping that would allow me to play with XXL Inspector and the QOL patch at the same time, but you just told me that you can only play with one of them.
