So, I would say, the older the game the harder it is to mod it, because generally the old stuff may not be documented at all and lost to time, plus the code might be very complicated to make the game run with good performance

Yeah I had once worked on a tool to show and extract the level model, and that's kinda it :Obelul:

Also there are some level models uploaded to models-resource.com, which seem better as they also managed to extract some additional 3d props in the level, that my tool doesn't yet. But models-resource.com only has the first levels.
