the side panel is the menu where you have a bunch of predifined effects, and on top those are the one I used. For example Motion blur, FXAA, FilmGrain etc etc

cheat tool maybe fixes framerate from 40 to 60

but after launching rocket romans, framerate instantly goes down to like 30

or even less, till the rocket roman will die xdd
