I'm playing on <1920 - 0 < cw <= 100, 1080 - 0 < ch <= 100> if you know what I mean
That's why it doesnt work for you
Because qol patch is only made for Windows users

Because there are consistent tardis setups for exact resolution of the game
I can change it to 1920x1080 no problem
Idk if you will be able to change FOV in qol file
