You need to change the fov otpion to make it consistent
I mean tardis is consistent on wide fov and on deafult its turned off, you need to turn it on
Okay I managed to fullscreen the game normally
In the file it's on by default, so hopefully it is turned on
Also if it wouldnt be possible just download old game modules from yt video, there are 2 types of old game modules depends in which Mode you want to play the game (windowed or full screen)

If you dont have qol patch on deafult its off with actual game module
I will be in like 5 minutes home, i will show you how to make it work
I do have the qol patch; right joystick for camera is working just fine
Also the resolution is full hd
