if egypt sector'd between fights 1 and 2 then we could have skipped fight 2.
you can use this to get a pl from the activator at the catapult fight
would you reckon it works here? it would obviously be slower, but.... it would be the "casual's way" if it works on levers.

i wonder if this area deactivates the lock when going back, at least i have a feeling it did on PS2 ( like that one time they had an optional laurel based lock that could deactivate when leaving, then got removed in 2004 )
