Not sure, didn't even know right stick fix was a thing but making the xinput game module into a fullscreen one is no problem.

Here it is with fullscreen. Note that input will only work with controllers using XInput, and that the fullscreen sucks (there is a reason why we use windowed).

I assume this fix does a lot of other things aside of just windowed mode, 64 bit fix and right stick fix, right? From my perspective a lot of extra lines of code were added and it shows: with the patch resolutions pull is rather strange, for the different aspect ration completely from my native one

There is no right stick fix - the controller is configured for XInput (it corrects the axes, so the right stick as well).
