I believe so, but the right stick does not work on it (or so I believe). Not sure, never tested on windows.
By patch I mean the use of cheat tool or inspector (to get a horizontal aov instead of vertical)
Yeah neither of my Dinput controllers were able to catch the right stick calls, tried that after giving up on xinput. But I preffer ximput.
Do you think it would be possible to remove aspect ratio lock so default resolution menu behavior is used?

note that most of the options can crash the game, and there is much less options than for xxl 1, but still there are some cool features like free cam / noclip / position saver etc.
